Campaign Execution Coordinator

Temporary - We are currently seeking a Temporary - Campaign Execution Coordinator to join our Princeton, NJ team of professionals. This assignment can last up to 6 months, will begin in mid – June and has a possibility of becoming a regular Full-time position.

This individual is responsible for campaign execution support and high-quality service to our Client’s internal Sales and Marketing Managers for Direct mail, email, online, and social media campaigns.

Our ideal candidate is an individual who has 3 – 8 years experience managing single and multi-channel direct marketing campaign project plans, and has a proven ability to effectively meet deliverable expectations and deadlines.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consult with Marketing Managers about campaign goals and objectives;
  • Prepare and manage campaign project plan, meeting all deliverables and deadlines;
  • Communicate with our Client’s Marketing Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships, and to communicate project status throughout the campaign delivery process;
  • Facilitate the creative review process, including; preparing creative brief, working with various teams regarding the review and final approval of creative, submitting image files, and obtaining agency and lettershop estimates;
  • Facilitate list segmentation and counts process including: consult on list segmentation, submitting project project requests, and reviewing counts;
  • Work with various business teams to obtain required approvals;
  • Enter and update all program inputs into multiple designated databases;
  • Follow account policies and department’s Best Practices to ensure all components of the mailings are accurate, and comply with policy.

 

Qualifications

  • College Degree from 4-year college or university required (Business, Marketing preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • 3 -8 years prior Direct Marketing industry experience in campaign management, list brokerage, list management, advertising, or production coordination
  • Client Relationship Management experience required
  • Advanced project management skills
  • List segmentation experience preferred
  • Flexible, organized, open to feedback with excellent follow-through skills
  • Ability to deliver on promises and meet deadlines. Balance a sense of urgency with calm and confidence
  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently with a “can-do” attitude
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; engaged listening skills
  • Problem solving and decision making ability
