Marketing Coordinator – Creative Review

Temporary - We are currently seeking a Temporary - Creative Review Marketing Coordinator to join our Princeton, NJ team of professionals. This assignment can last up to 6 months, will begin in mid – June and has a possibility of becoming a regular Full-time position.

This individual is responsible for coordinating various creative review processes consisting of: reviewing creative drafts; providing feedback about required revisions; ensuring compliance of legal and branding elements; and maintaining project database and documentation.

Our ideal candidate is an individual who has 2 - 7 years experience as project manager and expert for creative review and approval for direct marketing promotions, and has a proven ability to effectively meet deliverable expectations and deadlines.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proofread creative copy (DM, email, online banners, and social media) to ensure that format, copy and T&C’s meet guidelines, and that legal, branding, and marketing platform elements comply with policies (language, photography, format, offer).
  • Communicate creative comments and rationale, approvals, exceptions and status.
  • Maintain Creative Submission database with necessary documentation and creative PDF files.
  • Compile comments from other reviewers and prepare one comprehensive, user-friendly feedback report.
  • Complete creative review and approval within cycle-time requirements in order to meet/exceed Service Level Agreement.
  • Identify and resolve outstanding issues (ie: compliance, exceptions, approvals) in a timely and effective manner.
  • Enter Program Information Bulletins and creative assets into ALC’s database.
  • Follow account policies and department’s Best Practices to ensure components of the mailings are accurate, and have passed compliance policies.
  • Track projects in excel.
  • Participate in audits and training sessions.

 

Qualifications

  • College Degree from 4-year college or university required (Business, Marketing preferred)
  • 2 - 7 years in Direct Marketing industry experience with marketing or advertising background, and Client Relationship Management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and PDF Writer required.
  • Project / Campaign management experience preferred.
  • Proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as a team player.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environmental needs and maintain a confident appearance under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and deliver on promises/meet deadlines.
  • Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests.

None.
