DALLAS, TX—Hermes Creative Awards today announced winners for the 2015 international awards competition honoring “the messengers and creators of traditional and emerging media.” ALC, one of the advertising industry’s leading data marketing services providers, was recognized with the platinum honor for its new corporate website.
More than 6,000 entries in all were received from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, graphic design shops, production companies, web and digital creators and freelancers in the U.S. and around the world.
“Winning the top honor for the work we did on ALC’s new corporate website (www.alc.com) is a tremendous honor,” stated Fran Sharkey, Principal and CEO of Sharkey Advertising, ALC’s Agency of Record.
“We had a simple mission,” states ALC Chairman & CEO, Donn Rappaport. “We wanted our website—as well as the marketing and promotional work with which we surround it—to make the case that in today’s ultra-competitive environment, it is data that can enable an organization to break through the noise in the marketplace—to identify its best customers and prospects, and speak to them in a language they understand, about the things they care about, via the communications channels they prefer, at the moment they are most likely to take action. In other words, to make it personal. And that’s just what Sharkey did for us. We couldn’t be happier with their work”
Hermes winners were selected from 195 categories, including advertising, marketing/branding, integrated marketing, public relations/communications, print and electronic media and pro bono.
