SMART (Source Management and Resource Tracking) Technology
Behind ALC’s comprehensive databases is our exclusive Source Management and Resource Tracking (SMART) methodology of collecting and developing contact information. SMART is a unique analytic tool that manages and tracks performance for hundreds of data sources. Sources are organized into a database power grid that determines which elements from each source are valuable, and which fail to meet the necessary criteria for inclusion into a specific database. Where other methods take an all-or-none approach to incorporating a data source, SMART examines each contact and field of information on every source and retains only those certified valid by a combination of factors.
ALC MD databases are continually updated with new source data acquired from government agencies, state licensing bureaus, public directories, yellow pages, journal articles, professional association rosters, trade publications, internet web sites, hospital directories, HMO and PPO directories, and more. All location and personnel data is then telephone verified by an independent call center at least once per year and in most cases, every six months.
ALC B2B's Executive Masterfile puts you on a first name basis with primary, secondary and even tertiary contacts who make business buying decisions. From Fortune 1,000 headquarters to family owned businesses, this database identifies all major, top, and middle management titles and functions. An extensive array of “firmographics” is available to zero in on those who will say "yes" to your offer.
ALC Wealth Window closely tracks multiple affluence indicators and investigates new benchmarks of real wealth to accurately reflect the dynamics of the affluent market. These data sources are deployed to maintain a proprietary combination of multi-sourced transactional, membership, and ownership data. Wealth Window indexes this data to provide exclusive insights into the high-value spending habits of very wealthy consumers.
