- January 2010 (1.6%) volume percentage continued to decline considerably after being a large percentage month in prior years.
- In 2010, March (37.4%) and December (33.9%) accounted for 71% of volume percentage with March more than doubling over prior years. December still remains a high percentage month, despite a large decline after spiking in 2009.
