August (15.4%) recorded the largest change, gaining 124% in volume from 2006. The August 2007 increase is due to some mailers shifting volume from July, and other mailers adding new volume in August.
June (7.6%) and October (10.3%) continued to trend upward, gaining over prior years.
From 2005-2007, January (11.6% Avg) and August (10.3% Avg) represent the highest mail volume months.
