PRINCETON, NJ – ALC, Inc. (www.alc.com), has partnered with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and its Direct Marketing Group in an effort to help the nonprofit organization raise funds and awareness for its 170 children’s hospitals throughout the nation. ALC, an industry-leader in data-driven marketing and nonprofit solutions, has a long and successful history working in the nonprofit market and finding additional sources of high-value donors for their many world-renowned clients.
Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, which has raised over $5 billion since it was founded in 1983, works to save the lives of children in hospitals all across the United States and Canada from life-threatening illnesses, traumatic injuries and genetic diseases. The organization is seeking to uncover fresh sources of prospective high-value donors to support research and training, purchase hospital equipment, and pay for uncompensated care.
By working with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals to locate and reach out to new universes of previously untapped donor sources, ALC hopes to significantly increase the organization’s reach and provide access to a much broader base of potential donors, as well as improve response rates and donor retention.
In order to achieve this goal and help Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals save and improve the lives of as many children as possible, ALC’s talented team of data acquisition specialists will determine the attributes that make a strong donor most inclined to contribute to the organization’s cause. They will then apply those criteria to their proprietary research tools, using sophisticated analytics, modeling techniques, and a deep knowledge of children’s health organizations, to identify pockets of potential high-value donors.
“We are excited about our partnership with ALC. Their capability and expertise will add value to the various programs we offer our 170-member hospitals,” stated Robert Banner, Vice President of Direct Marketing at Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
“The direct marketing team at Children’s Miracle Network has provided optional cooperative programs and services to our member hospitals for 17+ years and manages the direct marketing and media event services for over 110 of our hospitals and oversees over 1,000 events,” Banner continued. “The more value and expertise we can offer, the more hospitals will be willing and open to participating in the various programs and services we provide. ALC’s experience and expertise makes our programs and services that much better.”
